Due to our successful brasserie launch number eighteen is now recruiting for Front of House and Back of House staff. Take a look at the Jobs at 18 tab for more information and to apply.


The Brasserie celebrates the very best locally sourced, seasonal vegetables and meat products with the emphasis on provenance. Featuring an open kitchen, allowing you to experience the pride that goes into such great dishes.
The Brasserie is about great taste and keeps fuss to a minimum. Our menu is testament to this. Served up in modern, comfortable and environmentally friendly surroundings.
It took us four months to construct Number 18 Brasserie, now we are open and ready for service. Take a look at the images below to follow the developments week by week up until the first service!

We are sourcing our wines from exclusive sources around the world. Whilst we can not achieve the excellence we want locally, we can find 'local wines' that share our values. We are currently looking to hire part-time and full-time waiting staff. This position would require the successful applicant to work in the cafe and brasserie, the flexibility to work both daytime and evening shifts would be desirable.

We require some enthusiastic and ambitious Commis Chefs to join our exciting new restaurant with an open kitchen – open to customers, open to new ideas and open to your potential. We setting up a new and kitchen brigade and we want to give you an opportunity and the chance to make a difference to our restaurant and your career.
You will be dynamic, enthusiastic and ambitious to prove your worth. It is unlikely you will be the finished article but we have the team that will invest time & energy in sharing their experience.

You will be dynamic , confident with strong technical competencies to set the highest standards of food service for customers.
Salary is from £17,000 - £18,000 in year one with bonus opportunities.
